The Harbourmaster's Roster

The harbourmaster keeps the watch roster on a board of suns and moons. A sun means a day watch. A moon means a night watch. Next week's board has been half rubbed out, and the rules for a fair roster are strict — only one board fits them all. Rebuild the roster: every row and every column must hold three day watches and three night watches, and no one may draw three of the same watch back to back.
